Minimum stay is shown in days. Sat-Sat rental required during Peak (Winter) Season. Checkin and Checkout on any day of the week during other seasons ($100 surcharge for Sundays). Weekly rate = 7 or more nights. Monthly rate = 28 or more nights. Please check our availability calendar. Rates are subject to 11% Tax. There is no additional cleaning fee. Rates based on four person occupancy. Each additional person will be charged $10 per day, with a maximum of six persons. No additional charge for children of age 2 years and under. $100 surcharge for Sunday check-in or check-out A 60-day cancellation prior to the date of arrival is required for complete refund. Reservation confirmed only upon receipt of required reservation security deposit; Peak Period: $800 security deposit ($400 applied to prepaid rent, $400 will be refunded 14 days after departure). Non-Peak Periods: $400 security deposit, refunded 14 days after departure (no prepaid rent). No refunds for early departures. Rental policy: Check in time after 3:00 P.M. Check out time is 10:00 A.M. No smoking. No pets allowed.
